    Your Opportunity

At New Relic, everything we do is for the love of software. The world needs better software, and we believe a more perfect internet leads to a more perfect world. As part of the New Relic.org Corporate Social Impact Team, you'll be helping to drive this effort by creating partnerships and programs using the company's core resource -- our employees’ talent and incredible technology -- to build positive change in the world! You'll join a small but mighty .org team who loves the work we do, supports and celebrates each other, and finds fun in our everyday efforts.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of NewRelic.org, you will own and execute our Product Impact portfolio - chiefly focused on the execution of the Observability for Good product donation and discount program. Your goal will be to fully enable our 550+ nonprofit customers to find success in their digital transformations using our platform while expanding our program to new audiences.

We seek a candidate with a desire to see nonprofits thrive in their use of technology, who has a deep understanding of the complexities inherent to the sector. The idea of driving the end-to-end program and continuing to iterate to achieve success excites you.

To do this, you'll be working with customers, employees, and partners. Your resourcefulness to turn ideas into reality through partnership, influence, and individual effort will be critical to your success.

In addition to our Atlanta, Portland, and San Francisco offices reopening in 2022, we are considering remote candidates in locations where New Relic can do business! We prefer candidates who have >1 year of success working remotely with a distributed team, many of whom sit in the Pacific time zone.

    • Expand and enhance nonprofit success on our technology helping organizations use our product to deliver their missions.
    • Partner with ‘Go To Market’ to acquire new and maintain existing customers.
    • Partner with the NewRelic.org team to deliver and expand our pro bono program, as well as future enablement programs.
    • Represent New Relic and nonprofit digital transformation in external partnerships, convenings, and coalitions.
    • Collaborate with our Marketing teams to deliver communications to customers as well as capture and share success stories.
